 Weekly Wednesday Night Classes  7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
"Shabbat Shalom, any one?"
Lets explore together the Why, Where, How and the "Who" of the fourth utterance of God at Mount Horeb from the Jewish and Christian perspective.                    Instructor:  Simcha Vernimmen
The Seven Pillars of Health by Dr. Don Colbert (seen on James Robinson, Richard Roberts and other Christian TV)
You can build a healthier body and experience vibrant health in just 50 days.  We all want to be healthy, but you have to do more than just desire good health.  It's what you don't know that could be keeping you from enjoying good health in body, mind, and spirit.  Where do you start?  Which health plan is the best for you?  In his new book, Dr. Colbert points out key areas of health and nutrition that affect every one of us.  He challenges and motivates you to pay attention to seven different areas critical to good health-water-sleep and rest-living food-exercise-detoxification-supplements-and coping with stress.  Let's explore all of these possibilities together.  We will read and discuss this book together and set weekly goals for ourselves.                                        Cost for materials $20.00  Leader, Vickie Pettitt
DivorceCare  Seminar/Support Group

Wednesday Night Prayer
We are commanded to pray without ceasing, to pray continually, to live in a attitude of prayer.  Yet, many of us find it difficult if not impossible to spend regular, consistent, time in prayer and the Word daily.  If we were to give a tithe of our time to God in prayer we would spend more than two hours per day in prayer.  "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear their prayer, and forgive their sin and heal their land."  Come join Jim Odeneal as we learn to pray in the manner Jesus commanded his disciples, "When you pray, say...."  Course objective is to encourage one another to discipline our lives to pray at least an hour a day.  Text available but not required.
